 | | | | Archives | | Minutes of City Council, Planning Commission and Zoning Board of Appeals meetings from the prior calendar year are available here for on-line viewing. Minutes are not posted to this site until approved at the next meeting of the respective boards, therefore, agendas will remain posted until replaced by minutes.
Full minutes of these meetings dating to 1972 are available in the Clerks's Office at City Hall. There is a fee of 50 cents per page for copies. Audio taped copies of minutes are available at a cost of $10.00 per tape.
All reasonable accommodations will be made for persons with special needs including providing audio taped copies of meeting minutes of any of the City's public bodies at the per page copy rate. |
| | | | Meetings and Agendas |  | City Council - Regular meetings are held on the 1st and 3rd Monday of each month at 7:00 PM, with some exceptions, in Council Chambers at City Hall. Special meetings are scheduled on an as needed basis.
Planning Commission - Regular meetings are held as necessary on the 2nd Tuesday of each month at 6:00 PM in Council Chambers.
Zoning Board of Appeals - Regular meetings are held as necessary on the 3rd Thursday of each month at 6:00 PM in Council Chambers.
