Minutes of City Council, Planning Commission and Zoning Board of Appeals meetings from the prior calendar year are available here for on-line viewing. Minutes are not posted to this site until approved at the next meeting of the respective boards, therefore, agendas will remain posted until replaced by minutes.
Full minutes of these meetings dating to 1972 are available in the Clerks's Office at City Hall. There is a fee of 50 cents per page for copies. Audio taped copies of minutes are available at a cost of $10.00 per tape.
All reasonable accommodations will be made for persons with special needs including providing audio taped copies of meeting minutes of any of the City's public bodies at the per page copy rate. |
